Offer your health

About the game:

Just a quick game made in 3 days (2 days for me, I started working on it on the second day) for the Mini Jam 110, with a theme of Sacrifice and a limitation about Failure being Inevitable.

The gods ask for a sacrifice of health to bring you their blessings. Summon your spirital arrows and use them to offer your blood for a small time of being the god's chosen one. Be careful though, if you go too hard on it, you may find yourself meeting death sooner than expected.

Controls: 

• A/D to move left and right. 
• Space to jump. 
• Q to summon arrows that damage you.

Core gameplay: 

• Damaging via your arrows won't kill you but will lower your health in exchange for a little time of Invulneravility frames. 
• Touching any kind of thing that looks like it'll hurt will kill you instantly, regardless of your current health. 
• If you die via exsanguination you'll respawn with more health to sacrifice.

Remember to have fun and I'm no artist so the game's not pretty at all, hope you like it :)
